Blog Your Way to Facelift Contest Terms and Conditions:
- Participant must be the writer, the photographer, and the sole owner of the photo, story, and the video.
- Contest is open to residents worldwide who are at least 21 years of age. Proof of ID and a valid mailing address required. Maximum of five submissions per participant allowed.
- Entries will be accepted until December 15, 2011. The sooner you enter the better your chances. Enter today.
- The prize is Oralift®, an innovative non surgical face lifting treatment for adults, requiring none invasive procedure done to your face. It’s an individual fitting oral appliance that you wear in your mouth for about 10-40 minutes a few days per week. There is no need to see a dentist to put them in or out. - Winner will be notified via email. Before we send the Oralift package to the winner, he or she must sign an agreement to accept a Limited Product Liability agreement to use the product with care and to follow the enclosed instructions as specified.
- The winner must respond with acceptance of the agreement in writing within one (1) month of notification with a proof of valid ID (by mail). Winners who cannot provide proof of ID, or do not respond within 30 days with a written & signed agreement to accept Oralift’s Product Limited Liability and its usage Terms and Conditions will have their entries annulled. There are no alternative cash prizes.
- The decision regarding the winner to this competition is final by Facelift-pedia. No correspondence will be entered into or replied to regarding any inquiry about judgement after the decision.
- The winner will grant, convey, and transfer to Facelift-pedia the exclusive right and license to publish, distribute, promote, advertise, and otherwise commercially use the work in whole or in part, in print, electronic, or any other form or medium, in all languages, throughout the world.
- Facelift-pedia is not responsible for lost or late entries that are delayed as a result of website errors or any other technical reasons.
- Facelift-pedia reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this contest in the event of any circumstances beyond its control or in the event of any difficulties without any liability to any participants, the prize winner or any third party.
- Facelift-pedia reserves the right (i) to reject any Submitted Content to the Contest that is inpropriate to our audience and of a poor quality to publish in the Site, (ii) edit any Submitted Content, without any consent or approval from the authors; and (iii) to remove any Submitted Content from the Facelift-pedia’s Site later on with or without cause.
- By entering to the contest, any participant agrees to these Term and Conditions.
